We were honoured and delighted when the opportunity presented itself.

As the biggest stars of the stage prepped for the celebrated BAFTAS after-party<\/strong> – we got to work orchestrating our imaginative and oh-so signature Blooming Haus<\/a> designs.

1. Unrivalled Elegance at Annabel’s Mayfair<\/h2>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
In 2022, British Vogue’s Fashion and Film party in partnership with Tiffany and Co<\/a> took place at the elegant private members club Annabels<\/a> in Mayfair.

The story of Annabel’s<\/a> began in 1963, two doors down from its current location at 46 Berkely Square<\/strong>.

The prestigious private members club has a deserved reputation for its glamour and intimacy.

Home to celebration spaces, The Flower Room<\/strong>, The Silver Room<\/strong>, and The Nightclub & Jungle Bar<\/strong>, it was our pleasure to pique the senses at this glorious venue through luxury floral design.

The decor is stylish and colourful and we welcomed the opportunity to complement it for such a special occasion.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After a spectacular red carpet turnout for the\u00a0BAFTAS, the biggest stars of the stage including Lashana Lynch<\/strong> winner of the BAFTA Rising Star award for 2022<\/strong> headed to Annabel’s\u00a0to celebrate the start of awards season.

The party was hosted by British Vogue editor-in-chief and Vogue’s European editorial director Edward Enniful. \u00a0

It was a delight to see an array of stars including Emma Watson, Naomi Campbell, and Kate Moss surrounded by our blooms!<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Installing our luxury floral designs we, of course, accentened memorable architectural features at Annabel’s such as:

– the fireplace (which took centre-stage as the backdrop for all the star-studded photos from the night)
– statue
– and the golden gorilla

While simultaneously creating a wonderfully immersive and harmonious flow throughout the entire venue.

Inspired by the glamour of the entertainment world we adorned the spiralling staircase with\u00a0roses<\/a>,\u00a0delphiniums,\u00a0spirea,\u00a0tulips,\u00a0Ammi,\u00a0Veronicas<\/a>, and\u00a0hellebores. <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Every aspect of our time spent working with British Vogue<\/strong>, and event collaborators Tiffany & Co.<\/strong> was incredible.

And, the results were admired by all who attended.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. A Vogue and Tiffany & Co. Event<\/h2>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
In 2022, post-pandemic, there’s been a huge shift towards sustainable and ethical<\/strong> haute couture fashion, beauty, culture, living, and runway!

Vogue<\/a> and Tiffany and Co<\/a> have both set the bar for other leading luxury brands; demonstrating what’s possible with concerted efforts and by amplifying the messages that make a difference.

While our floral artwork worked to capture and allude to this new, exciting and progressive era for fashion the crisis in Ukraine could not be ignored.

British Vogue and Tiffany and Co dedicated the event to raise funds for anyone affected by the conflict.

All attendees were encouraged to donate to the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal<\/a>.<\/mark><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Do you feel a sense of hope<\/strong> looking at the florals pictured above?

We thoughtfully employed life-affirming colourways and textures that celebrated LIFE and the beauty of the natural world.

Because at Blooming Haus we believe hope is what inspires action.

By instilling hope in bafta attendees and onlookers from around the world we aimed to inspire everyone’s role in working together to build a brighter future.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We’re here to prove that ‘responsible’ or ‘sustainable’ practices don’t have to be boring.

To prove it we sprinkled our BAFTAS after-party installations with lashings of theatricality.

Because after the last two years, we’re all craving more pageantry and staginess in our everyday lives, right?

Flowers have the power to change the mood, set the tone, and get us all feeling a type of way!

That’s what we love most about what we do.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. The Place to be After the BAFTAs 2022<\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The BAFTAs<\/strong> is the United Kingdom’s biggest celebration of film and television excellence<\/strong> and we’re honoured to have been a part of it.

It’s a highlight of the entertainment world calendar.

This year’s event<\/strong> was the first one to be at full capacity since before the pandemic restrictions began.

So, it felt particularly special and ALL-OUT.

As host Rebel Wilson<\/strong> took to the stage of the Royal Albert Hall there was a palpable sense of expectation.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The ceremony lived up to expectations with the four main awards going to<\/strong>:

To celebrate the start of awards season, the glamour and glitz continued into the night at Annabel’s, Mayfair for the Fashion and Film after-party.

Those attending included Lashana Lynch<\/strong> straight from her success as winner of the Rising Star award<\/strong>.

She was joined by other illustrious names <\/strong>including Naomi Campbell, Emma Watson, Kate Moss, and Sienna Miller.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Having now worked many of London’s most prestigious venues such as Annabel’s, The Lanesborough, Langhams, and many more we felt at home creating stand-out designs for such an occasion.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

4. Immersive Florals Without Intrusion<\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Careful planning went into ensuring that our design process for the Fashion And Film Party 2022<\/strong> was not intrusive.

We pride ourselves on allowing our creativity to speak for us.

And, we never interfere with the smooth running of an event.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our work is always unobtrusive<\/strong>.

Every aspect of the design and set-up process at the Fashion And Film Party 2022<\/strong> was completed before the guests arrived.

Once the event was over we quickly and swiftly dissembled our designs seamlessly ensuring minimal waste.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As we do with all of our design processes, we started with detailed drawings in situ at Annabel’s before the Fashion And Film Party 2022<\/strong> took place.

We complemented and enhanced the internal landscape<\/strong> of the venue – adding to the space rather than taking away or limiting it.

Every detail was carefully considered and balanced so the guests would still be able to feel and smell the redolence long after the event was over.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

5. Sustainable Floral Engineering<\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Everything from the green energy that powers our studio down to the cleaning products we use – at Blooming Haus you’ll find sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

For example, did you know that every aspect of our floral designs at the Fashion And Film Party 2022<\/strong> was compostable?

No plastics or toxic materials<\/strong> were used in the process.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Not only that, but to ensure minimal wastage when we dismantled our displays at the end of the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co.<\/strong> event, we gave our blooms away to put a smile on the faces of the people involved.

Including those at British Vogue<\/strong> who invited us to be part of this exciting project.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When we work with a new corporate client we dedicate a tree to be planted within the national forests to protect and restore biodiversity.

Planting a new one each year in their honour to thank them for their continued trust in us to deliver luxury florist excellence, and also symbolise our dedication to a more sustainable world.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
